​Rather than assume our good intentions were enough we, wanted our Veterans and First Responders to tell us, in their own words, if the service we provide is worthwhile and what improvements they think are necessary.

 

Our Survey Critique is modeled on a similar document used by a Medical training program that trains ER, ICU and Surgical teams in leadership and team management skills.
